HOW DOES THE WASHINGTON REDSKINS BEAT THE PACKERS?

Washington Redskins vs. Green Bay Packers

This season surprisingly started off with a win for the Washington Redskins and D.C. fans were buzzing with anticipation for this upcoming season.  Yesterday however the ugly lack of performance that Skins fans are used to revealed it's ugly head again.  Seriously, it's not an unfamiliar experience to take a downturn which the season ticket sales have reflected as well.  Year after year of disappointments after RGKnee took us to the playoffs has poisoned the fan base leaving only loyal "long suffering" gladiators.  Week 3 of the 2018 season has the Redskins about to face the nearly unbeatable Aaron Rogers led Packers and the Skins are surely looking at loss number 2 if there isn't a change.

With attendance down at an all time low, the Redskins need to do more than win.  In my opinion, there's only one great WR available since the New England Patriots picked up Josh Gordon an hour ago and his name is Dez Bryant.  Would he help the Redskins win games?  Would he help fill the seats?  Could he make a difference immediately in week 3? Would Redskins fans actually embrace him and buy his jersey?  Absolutely and it's a no brainier for the Skins.  Dez tweeted that there are two teams that he's interested in signing with which are the Patriots and the Redskins.  Since the Pats just picked up Josh Gordon, this leaves only Dez available for the Skins to pick-up.

The Chicago Bears in week 1 showcased a great defense led by LB Khalil Mack which had Aaron Rogers out of the game with a knee injury.  America and football fans alike held their breath as Rogers surprisingly came back into the game in the second half.  The rest is history but it's pretty certain that the Packers are going to roll over the Redskins this week if they can't seem to get some offense together.  So the question is, how does the Skins avoid this impeding defeat?

If quarterbacks were living in homes compared to their salaries, Alex Smith and Aaron Rogers would both be living in the same neighborhood.  Paying the ageing Smith 25+ million dollars a year means the Skins are standing up ALL IN on this season and think he can really make a difference.  Now it's time to get him some weapons if that means only to remove the best corner back off of another quality receiver.  Hail to the Redskins and may they make the right decision to turn this around.
